Melanomas can be further classified into four genomic subtypes based on the presence of specific driver mutations, namely B-Raf Proto-Oncogene (BRAF)-mutant, neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (NRAS)-mutant, neurofibromatosis type I (NF1)-loss, and triple wild-type (TWT) [22].
