In the colocalization analysis, four loci (WNT2B rs3737136, CD109 rs9442952, KLHL42 rs11049197, and CFH rs1576340) exhibited strong posterior probabilities (PPH4 > 70%), and two loci (DNM3 rs12401515 and PKDCC rs12996954) showed moderate posterior probabilities (PPH4 = 50% to 70%), indicating shared loci between osteoporosis-related traits and RCTs. This evidence concerns the gene CD109 and osteoporosis.
