CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Real-world data studies have shown that adding mistletoe therapy to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients is associated with a 56% reduction in the adjusted hazard of death (adjusted hazard ratio (aHR) 0.44, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.26–0.74, p = 0.002), with some subgroups showing up to 75% reduction, all without increasing adverse events [29,44,45,46].
