INS and Sepsis: Insulin use was associated with a 2.6-fold increased sepsis risk (OR = 2.6, 95% CI: 2.09–3.34, p < 0.001), while SGLT2 inhibitors (OR = 0.56, 95% CI: 0.34–0.91, p = 0.02) and GLP-1 receptor agonists (OR = 0.39, 95% CI: 0.19–0.79, p = 0.009) were protective.
