The defects or mutations of SDH have been disclosed in an extensive range of human tumors, including paraganglioma, pheochromocytoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, renal cell cancer (RCC), thyroid tumors, seminomatous testicular cancer, and neuroblastic tumors [165,166,167,168,169,170,171]. This evidence concerns the gene SDHB and renal cell adenocarcinoma.
