Although dose-dense chemotherapy increases adverse events, such as neutropenia, anemia, and fatigue, compared to standard chemotherapy, neutropenia can be prevented using granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) every 2 weeks in dose-dense chemotherapy, and other adverse events are within the acceptable range [5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17].
