To explore the effect of Gpr35 expression on PD in brain, we established an in vitro neuroinflammation model by stimulating BV-2 microglial cells with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and an in vitro neuronal apoptosis model by treating SN4741 dopaminergic neurons with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridiniumion (MPP+). This evidence concerns the gene GPR35 and Parkinson disease.
