The HDAC7 mRNA expression quantities demonstrated marked differences between cancerous tissues and their normal counterparts, with substantial variations detected in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangio carcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (Figure 8A). Here, HDAC7 is linked to thyroid gland carcinoma.
