Additionally, we also analyzed the correlation of DUSP9 using TCGA-derived HNSCC cohort data with immune cell marker molecules, including CD45 (immune cells), CD3/CD4/CD8 (T cells), CD79B (B cells), CD14 (monocytes), CD163 (macrophages) and CD11c (dendritic cells). Here, DUSP9 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
