ACE and ocular sarcoidosis: Ocular sarcoidosis, although it can present with multifocal chorioretinal lesions and optic nerve involvement, is not supported in this case due to the absence of characteristic granulomatous inflammation and choroidal nodules, as well as the lack of systemic findings or supportive laboratory data (e.g., angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) levels and chest imaging) [14].
