In the EC group, no significant correlations were identified between FIGO stage, histopathological grade, depth of myometrial invasion, lymphovascular space involvement, lymph node metastasis, CA125 level at diagnosis, cfDNA concentration, and timing of cervical smear sampling in Pap smear tests (Table 5).
