CD86 and supranuclear palsy, progressive, 1: Flow cytometric analysis of peripheral blood (n = 10 vs. n = 10) showed that the percentage of macrophages (CD14 + CD68+) in peripheral blood was significantly higher in patients with PSP compared to HCs (6.55% vs. 4.77%, p = 0.002), and the percentage of CD86 + CD206-M1 classically activated macrophages was increased as well (95.85% vs. 92.80%, p = 0.036) (Figures 2A, B).
