PGLA-based nanoparticles, modified with tumor antigens, like ovalbumin (OVA/SOCS1 siRNA), were targeted using siRNA for SOCS1 gene in in vitro study, which led to tumor regression on bone marrow-derived dendritic cells via upregulation of immunostimulatory cytokines like TNF-α, IL-6, IL-12, and IL-2 68.
