To further confirm the positive correlation of NAT10 in GC cells with increased tumor vessel density, we established two types of models: (1) Model 1, in which the NAT10-specific inhibitor Remodelin was used to treat syngeneic subcutaneous GC models, which were established by subcutaneously injecting mouse forestomach carcinoma (MFC) cells into 615 mice; (2) Model 2, in which we generated syngeneic subcutaneous GC models by implanting shNat10 MFC cells and their negative control cells.
