Entospletinib reduced the expression of Mrc1, Clec7a receptors, and associated FcRγ genes as well as the downstream signaling molecules, including Grb2, Cdc42, Nfkb1, Nfkb2, and Syk itself (likely due to a reduction in inflammatory signaling) throughout the AKI-to-CKD transition (Figure 8 and Supplemental Figure 19). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB2 and acute kidney injury.
