GSVA analysis results show that gene sets related to the PPAR signaling pathway, oxidative phosphorylation, and Staphylococcus aureus infection are significantly activated in the differentially expressed genes of acute pharyngitis and significantly suppressed in the differentially expressed genes treated with YYJH, revealing an opposing trend (Fig. 7D, E).
