MYC and carcinoma: To explore the clinical relevance of these proteins in lung cancer, we conducted a tissue microarray analysis using samples that included normal lung tissues, various grades of carcinoma and metastatic tumors from patients with lung cancer Our findings revealed that the levels of Ephexin1, HSP90ab1, c-Myc and eEF1α1 were significantly elevated in lung cancer tissues compared with normal tissues and showed a progressive increase with advancing tumor grade and metastasis (Fig. 5a, b).
