Univariate analysis showed that prechemotherapy AFP levels (odds ratio [OR], 1.0, P = .01), β-hCG levels (OR, 0.99, P = .01), presence of teratoma in the primary (OR, 2.75, P = .01), and metastatic lesion being lymph node (OR, 3.13, P = .02) were statistically significant. The gene discussed is AFP; the disease is teratoma.
