Given that prior research has demonstrated that H3K18la in senescent microglia contributes to brain aging and Alzheimer's disease by NF-κB activation [37], we aim to investigate whether RPS6KC1 is implicated in the regulation of H3K18la and its potential impact on the inhibition of cellular ferroptosis and Enz resistance. The gene discussed is RPS6KC1; the disease is early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
