Antibody-based therapies against tumor antigens are expanding in the treatment of solid tumors, including the HER2-targeting antibody trastuzumab first used in the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer, EGFR-targeting antibody cetuximab approved in head and neck cancers and colorectal cancers [174, 175], and the MET/EGFR bispecific antibody amivantamab approved in NSCLC subtypes [176, 177]. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and head and neck cancer.
