The G-Rb1 group significantly reduced neurological deficits (Figures 2A,B, P < 0.05) and infarct volume (Figures 2C,D, P < 0.05), particularly at 7th day and 14th day post-reperfusion compared with the IRI group, suggesting that G-Rb1 mainly exerts neuroprotective effects during the recovery period following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
