The analysis indicated activation of REACTOME_ACTIVATED_TAK1_MEDIATES_P38_MAPK_ACTIVATION (NES = 1.831; p = 0.0021), KEGG_GLYCOLYSIS_GLUCONEOGENESIS (NES = 1.66109; p = 0.0417), and WP_GLYCOLYSIS_AND_GLUCONEOGENESIS (NES = 1.5637; p = 0.0496) in the high CCDC86 expression group (Fig. 5A), implying a potential role for CCDC86 in regulating glioma glycolytic metabolism through the ERK/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
