The analysis, in the GSK-3α-overexpressing vs. control group under hypoxia, revealed that miRNAs such as hsa-mir-21, hsa-mir-1, hsa-mir-199a, hsa-mir-29b, hsa-mir-23a, and hsa-mir-129 were significantly linked to multiple CVDs, including atherosclerosis, MI, HF, and coronary artery disease, with high association scores (Supplementary Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene GSK3A and myocardial infarction.
