The analysis, in the GSK-3α-overexpressing vs. control group under hypoxia, revealed that miRNAs such as hsa-mir-21, hsa-mir-1, hsa-mir-199a, hsa-mir-29b, hsa-mir-23a, and hsa-mir-129 were significantly linked to multiple CVDs, including atherosclerosis, MI, HF, and coronary artery disease, with high association scores (Supplementary Table S2). The gene discussed is GSK3A; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
