The shared key gene (sKGs) set enrichment analysis revealed that sKGs are highly related to some KEGG pathways (e.g., NOD-like receptor signaling pathway), as well as GO-terms BPs (e.g., Positive regulation of canonical NF-κB signal transduction) CCs (Extracellular exosome) and MFs (MHC class II protein complex binding) that are connected with T2D and KC. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and keratoconus.
