Seifert et al. [35] found that TLV for the total tumour burden, pelvic lymph node metastases, distant lymph node metastases, bone metastases and visceral metastases were all significantly correlated to overall survival in a cohort of patients with varying indications for performing the PSMA PET–CT, including primary staging, biochemical recurrence, castration-sensitive metastatic disease and metastasised castration-resistant prostate cancer. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is Familial prostate cancer.
