This publication evaluated the presence of CMHs and SS in a large cohort of CU older adults screened as part of CPSS and assessed their relationships with age, sex, Aβ load, apolipoprotein E (APOE) ɛ4 genotype, MRI‐detected white matter hyperintensities (WMHs), educational level, hypertension, body mass index (BMI), hypercholesterolemia, and type 2 diabetes. This evidence concerns the gene APOE and Hypercholesterolemia.
