The results showed that most genes, including SETD2, KAT8, KANSL1, KDM6B, PHF8, SETD1A, KDMT2A, KDM3B, DNMT3A, CHD6, CHD2, YY1, YY1AP1 and KDM1A were significantly correlated with the grading of lung cancer patients (Figure 2D). The gene discussed is KANSL1; the disease is lung carcinoma.
