RT-qPCR was performed to assess the mRNA expression levels of the ten hub genes in clinical samples using RT-qPCR.The results indicated that the majority of signature genes (RBM17, MTA1, RACGAP1, MKI67, CCNA2, RBM10 and KIF2C) were expressed at higher levels in PCa tissues compared to adjacent normal samples (Figure 10F). The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
