In genes with at least three carriers per group, we found that PGV rates were significantly higher in the advanced PCa patients compared to both gnomAD and PMBB for BRCA2, BRCA1, ATM, CHEK2, and in the Lynch syndrome genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2) in self-identified White patients (Table 2). Here, PMS2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
