In genes with at least three carriers per group, we found that PGV rates were significantly higher in the advanced PCa patients compared to both gnomAD and PMBB for BRCA2, BRCA1, ATM, CHEK2, and in the Lynch syndrome genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2) in self-identified White patients (Table 2). The gene discussed is CHEK2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
