Tenosynovitis US score independently associated with changes in DAS28-CRP from baseline to 4 and 12 weeks (P = 0.02 and P = 0.001, respectively).Similarly, baseline PD US score was independently associated with DAS28-CRP changes at only 12 weeks follow-up (P = 0.04).Patients in remission or low-disease activity during the follow-up had higher baseline tenosynovitis score at baseline [median 3 (IQR 4)] compared with those in moderate or high disease activity [median 0 (IQR 2)] (P = 0.01). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is tenosynovitis.
