CISD1 was also significantly and positively correlated with ImmuneScore in BLCA (Fig. 7B), suggesting that higher CISD1 expression is associated with greater immune cell infiltration in the TME; while CISD1 was significantly negatively correlated with ImmuneScore in DLBC, TGCT, acute lymphocytic leukemia, LGG, GBMLGG, STAD, STES, ESCA, LUAD, THCA, and SKCM (Fig. 7B), suggesting that higher CISD1 expression is associated with reduced immune cell infiltration in the TME. This evidence concerns the gene CISD1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
