Analysis of key factors, including Pol II, H3K27ac, BPTF, K/C, and MLL, in K/C-III leukemia cells revealed that A485 treatment for 6 h significantly decreased chromatin accessibility, Pol II loading, and the recruitment of the KAT6A-NURF-MLL module at Nup153 and Hoxa cluster loci (Fig. 6G; Additional file 1: Fig. S8F).
