RUNX2 and neoplasm: ChIP-qPCR confirmed that RUNX2 directly binds to Site1 and Site2 of the COL10A1 promoter (Fig. 8J), and multiplex immunofluorescence further showed co-localization of RUNX2 and COL10A1 in fibroblasts (Primary Tumor: n = 35) (Fig. 8K), indicating direct transcriptional activation.
