Our analysis revealed that the increased expression of SASS6 correlated with poor prognosis in adrenocortical carcinoma, low-grade glioma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma and confirmed previous reports of poor prognosis in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma (Shinmura et al, 2015) (Fig S4A–E) (Table S1). Here, SASS6 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
