The results showed that the expression levels of EXT1, LUM, FMOD, ADAMTS1, GALNT1, LGALS3, VCAN, PRELP, ADAMTSL3, CTSC, and TUBB2B in the 21 gly-DEGs were significantly increased in DKD compared with normal kidney tissue, while the expressions of SPTB, SEMA5A, THSD7A, B3GALT2, and UMOD were significantly decreased. Here, UMOD is linked to diabetic kidney disease.
