LUM and diabetic kidney disease: The results showed that the expression levels of EXT1, LUM, FMOD, ADAMTS1, GALNT1, LGALS3, VCAN, PRELP, ADAMTSL3, CTSC, and TUBB2B in the 21 gly-DEGs were significantly increased in DKD compared with normal kidney tissue, while the expressions of SPTB, SEMA5A, THSD7A, B3GALT2, and UMOD were significantly decreased.
