In this study, it was found that PGK1 and SLC2A1 were highly expressed in TU212HPV cells and were enriched in the HIF-1 signaling pathway, indicating that PGK1 and SLC2A1 play important roles in maintaining the energy metabolism of laryngeal cancer cells, adapting to hypoxic conditions and promoting tumor development.
