Based on cellular staining profiles, we assigned each to immune cell subtypes (DCs as CD11c+, Mac/Mono/Gr as CD11b+, T cells as CD3+, NK cells as CD56+, and B cells as CD19+) and found all were enriched in GBM compared with normal brain tissue (Figure 2C, D).
