Additionally, the types of infiltrates were substantially different between patients and mice in at least one aspect, in that T cells made up almost 50% of the infiltrates in the mouse model, with about one-quarter of those being CD8+, while in GBM patient samples, the total T cells typically comprised closer to 15%, with less than 1% CD8+ (Figures 1E, 2D).
