Micropenis is a clinical sign of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, isolated growth hormone deficiency, hypopituitarism, genetic syndromes, disorders of sex differentiation, hormonal synthesis and androgen action disorders, luteinizing hormone receptor defects, and fetal exposure to endocrine disruptors [29,30]. Here, LHCGR is linked to hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
