ALK and adenocarcinoma: The median age of the patients was 65 years (interquartile range [IQR], 56.0–72.0); 114 (74.5%) of them were men, 131 (85.6%) had a smoking history, 16 (10.5%) had a CCI of 3 points or higher, 63 (41.4%) met criteria for cachexia, 91 (59.5%) had adenocarcinoma, 17 (11.1%) had epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations, 6 (3.9%) tested positive for anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion gene, 49 (32.0%) had a PD‐L1 expression level of 50% or higher, 6 (3.9%) had stage II disease, 126 (82.4%) had stage III disease, and 21 (13.7%) showed recurrence.
