PRPK (p53-related protein kinase, also known as TP53RK) is a serine/threonine kinase that has emerged as a potential oncogenic factor in various cancers, including colon cancer, multiple myeloma, and hepatocellular carcinoma (Dwira et al, 2024; Hideshima et al, 2017; Zykova et al, 2018, 2017). This evidence concerns the gene TP53RK and plasma cell myeloma.
