In this study, Cluster 4 had the highest incidence of diabetes and exhibited the worst metabolic profile, characterized by hypertension (elevated SBP and DBP), dysregulated glucose and lipid metabolism (high FBG, TC, LDL-C, and Non-HDL-C, and low HDL-C), and impaired liver and kidney function (elevated ALT, AST, BUN, Scr, and reduced eGFR). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hypertensive disorder.
