The results indicated that PTK6 mRNA is significantly upregulated in 17 types of cancers compared to normal tissue samples, including bladder cancer (BLCA), breast cancer (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PAAD), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate cancer (PRAD), thyroid cancer (THCA), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). The gene discussed is PTK6; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
