CD4 and Sepsis: The results of the Wilcoxon test indicated that, compared to the control group, the infiltration rates of γδ T cells, monocytes, and activated dendritic cells were significantly increased in patients with sepsis, while the infiltration rates of CD8 T cells, naïve CD4 T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and resting NK cells were significantly decreased (Figure 2B).
