In addition, using preclinical models of murine bladder cancer, we demonstrated that repeated intraperitoneal injections of DAB-1 (150 μM) inhibited tumor growth by 90% and stopped the formation of pulmonary metastasis, likely by inhibiting the TNFα/NFκB and IL6/STAT3 signaling pathways [24].
