The proportions of IFNγ-positive Th cells tended to be lower in all chronic inflammatory arthritides, compared to the HCs (Figure 1b), whereas the proportions of CD4+CD25+CD127dim/− T cells expressing FoxP3, IL-10, or IL-17 did not differ significantly between the arthritis forms or compared to the HCs (Figure 1c–f).
