STK11 and cancer: Conversely, in other cancer types such as COAD, ESCA, READ, STAD, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LUSC, MESO, HNSC, SKCM, and UVM, as well as cancers of the reproductive (excluding BRCA and UCS), nervous, endocrine, and hematopoietic systems, hypoxia-related molecules predominantly exhibited positive correlations with PEBP1/STK11 co-expression.
