Preliminary findings of the phase 1/2 APTIVATE (NCT03850574) trial that enrolled R/R FLT3-wild-type, TP53- and RAS-mutant AML patients show that tuspetinib, a new multikinase inhibitor, is well tolerated and increases survival of this cohort [70, 71]. The gene discussed is FLT3; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
