Similarly, UCHL5 demonstrated a significant increase in positive staining, from 0% (0/11) in normal tissues to 75% (6/8) in PTC and 100% (5/5) in ATC samples, highlighting the notable upregulation of USP14 and UCHL5 in thyroid cancer compared to normal thyroid tissues (Table S5).
