Accumulating evidence has demonstrated the abnormally high expression of SHCBP1 and its oncogenic role in multiple cancers (13), including gastric cancer (7), bladder cancer (6), lung cancer (8, 14, 15), pancreatic cancer (16), prostate cancer (17), and gliomas (18, 19).
