CSF3 and Decreased total leukocyte count: Conversely, corticosteroid administration was associated with increased risks of arthralgia (adjusted OR=2.17, 95% CI 1.12–5.37) and elevated BUN (adjusted OR=3.87, 95% CI 1.17–12.05), while granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) was associated with mitigated leukopenia (adjusted OR=0.29, 95% CI 0.11–0.89) and lactate dehydrogenase elevation (adjusted OR=0.32, 95% CI 0.14–0.68) (P < 0.05; S8 and S9 Tables).
